Refund policy

At Neyodi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • At this time, we do not offer “final sale” items; all products are eligible for return unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Neyodi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@neyodi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
