Refund policy
At Neyodi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not offer “final sale” items; all products are eligible for return unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Neyodi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Restocking Fee

No restocking fees will be charged.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@neyodi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
