4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Neyodi is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays due to customs processing are outside of our control.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
6. Damages During Shipping

Neyodi is not liable for products damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at hello@neyodi.com within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
