Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery ranges are:

    • Standard Shipping (domestic U.S.): 3–7 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Neyodi is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays due to customs processing are outside of our control.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Damages During Shipping

  • Neyodi is not liable for products damaged during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at hello@neyodi.com within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
